Common issues

TapShell can't connect to my server

Make sure the TapShell server is running (node server.mjs), your iPhone and Mac are on the same network (or you've set up a Cloudflare Tunnel), and the URL in Settings → Server matches exactly.

Push notifications aren't firing

Check Settings → Notifications → TapShell on your iPhone. Also verify your server has push credentials configured. Detailed setup in the repo README.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → TapShell → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
